Miami, August 6th, 2010. Green Ecosys LLC, the 51% US subsidiary in Miami is to be renamed Genesis

Americas LLC.

Since June 30th, 2010 the Genesis Group has been presenting itself in a new Corporate

Design. The renaming of the Green Ecosys LLC, is a further, logical step towards optimally positioning the

company for its future duties and the quality demands that will be made upon it. In order to underline

optically the company’s further development, Genesis Americas LLC will be appearing in the future in a

new, modern design. Genesis Americas LLC will remain in the future a competent partner for its customers

in the field of decentralized energy and water supply. It will continue to supply the American Continent with

the full range of Genesis products.

The renaming and the new design contain all the elements of the Genesis Corporate Design. The strict

adherence to a uniform Genesis appearance guarantees that, also on the important target market USA,

every contact has a recognition factor for the Genesis Group. Due to the renaming, the profile of the brand

Genesis in the field of decentralized energy and water supply and the performance capability of the Group

will be strengthened by the joint activities of the European Genesis subsidiaries and Genesis Americas LLC.

Wädenswil (ZH), August 26th, 2010. The founding of the Genesis Solartec AG has been completed with its entry into the Commercial Register.

Genesis Solartec AG is 85% -owned by Genesis Invest AG. The company is managed by Armin Pörnbacher, a profound expert in the production and marketing of solar panels. The principal purpose of Genesis Solartec AG is the production and the sales of innovative solar panels. After the completion of the analysis of the production location, which Genesis Solartec is concerned with at the moment, the task of the realization and setting up of the already planned production plant for solar panels will be tackled. Genesis solar panels feature groundbreaking innovations in the field of energy yields an will point the way to the next generation of solar plants. These solar modules, due to their technical specification and performance, form the basis for the calculation of the deployment and the refinancing of the investment for end-users without state subsidies. Along with many other organizations, Green Eco Sys has donated a mobile wind and solar energy unit, also known as Mobile Cube, to Haiti in order to provide renewable energy and clean drinking water. While the future of Haiti is still uncertain, the relief efforts will continue in hopes of rebuilding a solid foundation for the country.

Rebuilding of Haiti begins in Miami

Green Eco Sys is negotiating a location for a 80MW solar plant, which will create up to 80 jobs. It will produce a new generation of Genesis Solar Panels with 380 watts of output. These panels will be made with recycled glass, and have up to 65% more output than traditional solar panels

Upgrading to a more eco-friendly home or business is becoming easier thanks to a newfound renewable energy program. The Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program allows property owners to borrow money in order to purchase and install renewable energy upgrades, such as solar panels and energy-efficient systems.

With this program, home and business owners no longer need to worry about large start-up costs that come with green upgrades to their properties. With the option of paying back the loan in up to 20 years, and as part of a special assessment in property tax bills, the possibility is within reach for many who strive to go green.

These programs have sprung up all around the US, from California to Texas and New York. With millions pouring into these regional programs, it seems that the PACE program is setting new trends across the country and is expected to grow even more.

Genesis Invest AG acquires major stake in Miami’s Green Eco Sys

MIAMI, FL - Green Eco Sys and Genesis Invest have been working successfully together for around nine months. Only recently have the two companies appeared together at various eco-fairs. The response to these joint appearances at fairs has been consistently positive and has already led to initial orders at Green Eco Sys LLC. The latter is currently involved in sales negotiations with well-known companies as well as potential clients such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Home Depot.
